Booking FAQ
How far in advance do we need to book the venue ?
We recommend booking the venue as far in advance as possible to ensure the availability of your desired dates.
What is included in the venue rental fee?
The venue rental fee includes the use of the whole event space, sound equipment, as well as all the games and entertainment system
What is the payment and deposit policy?
To confirm and secure your slot, we kindly request that you pay the full amount of the venue rental upfront. Additionally, 3-5 days prior to your event, we will collect a $800 security deposit, which is fully refundable. You can expect to receive your deposit back within a week after your event.
Is cleaning fee included in the venue rental cost ?
We only offer basic cleaning services after your event. We kindly ask that you help us maintain our space by cleaning up any decorations and disposing of any trash in the designated green bin outside.
If the condition of the venue is in an unreasonable state after your event, there will be additional cleaning fee (which will be deducted from the security deposit)

What is the venue’s cancellation or postponement policy?
28+ days before event- full refund

How many guest can the venue accommodate?
Our venue can accommodate up to *60 pax

Is external catering allowed at the venue?
We have catering partners available for your convenience, or you may opt to bring in your own caterer at no additional cost
Do you have additional chairs and tables?
At the venue, you will find approximately 20 stools and 2 additional foldable tables that are available for your use, free of charge.

Is there any decorations restrictions on the wall ?
If you wish to paste anything on the walls at the venue please be reminded that only blu tacks/glue dots/damage-free decor adhesives are allowed.
Can I setup before the event booking time?
Your timeslot includes the set up and tearing down. In most cases, you’re allowed to enter 15 minutes before your event to set up. However, please make sure to wrap up on time and clear the space afterward.
Is it permissible to wear shoes within the venue ?
Our venue does not allow wearing of shoes within the space. If your event requires guests to wear their shoes in the venue, there will be an additional charge of $300 for cleaning fees
