Booking FAQ
How far in advance do we need to book the venue ?
We recommend booking the venue as far in advance as possible to ensure the availability of your desired dates.
What is included in the venue rental fee?
The venue rental fee includes the use of the whole event space, sound equipment, as well as all the games and entertainment system
What is the payment and deposit policy?
To confirm and secure your slot, we kindly request that you pay the full amount of the venue rental upfront. Additionally, 3-5 days prior to your event, we will collect a $800 security deposit, which is fully refundable. You can expect to receive your deposit back within a week after your event.
Is cleaning fee included in the venue rental cost ?
We only offer basic cleaning services after your event. We kindly ask that you help us maintain our space by cleaning up any decorations and disposing of any trash in the designated green bin outside.
If the condition of the venue is in an unreasonable state after your event, there will be additional cleaning fee (which will be deducted from the security deposit)

What is the venue’s cancellation or postponement policy?

How many guest can the venue accommodate?
Our venue can accommodate up to *60 pax

Is external catering allowed at the venue?
We have catering partners available for your convenience, or you may opt to bring in your own caterer at no additional cost
Do you have additional chairs and tables?
At the venue, you will find approximately 20 stools and 2 additional foldable tables that are available for your use, free of charge.
Is there any decorations restrictions on the wall ?
If you wish to paste anything on the walls at the venue please be reminded that only blu tacks/glue dots/damage-free decor adhesives are allowed.
Can I setup before the event booking time?
Your timeslot includes the set up and tearing down. In most cases, you’re allowed to enter 15 minutes before your event to set up. However, please make sure to wrap up on time and clear the space afterward.

Had my uni gathering here, many well maintained facilities and could whole up to 50pax and still pretty spacious. Outdoor roof was great for us hang for the sunset. plus point was the table tennis. though the ping pong balls falls off but still had so much fun there!

I will give honest reviews about this place. I am satisfied with the facilities in Norris House. Large rooms for family events equipped with 2 game rooms. Toilets are also cleaned. But please do clean and mop the floors. They are dusty and dirty. Even the living room carpet need to be throughly clean. It seems those mentioned areas are not clean since past events.
very beautifully designed venue; nice vibes and background for photos 😆! many different areas to hangout too, and enough activities (ping pong, foosball, ps4, karaoke etc) to keep the guests occupied throughout the event. definitely recommend if you want to spend less time coming up with activities for your guests 👍🏼👍🏼
Nice place, only issue was with the kitchen sink which was in bad shape. Also wasn't sure of the entrance as it's not clearly marked, but that's why I took a picture.
